INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash microgreens
- Pour orange juice into the blender
- Add the blueberries
- Add the beet microgreens
- Add the rolled oats
- Pour the flaxseed oil
- Add the cinnamon
- Add the ice cubes
- Mix all your ingredients in your blender.
- Blend for one minute or until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and drink with a straw.
