INSTRUCTIONS

 

  1. Wash microgreens
  2. Pour orange juice into the blender
  3. Add the blueberries
  4. Add the beet microgreens
  5. Add the rolled oats
  6. Pour the flaxseed oil
  7. Add the cinnamon
  8. Add the ice cubes
  9. Mix all your ingredients in your blender.
  10. Blend for one minute or until smooth.
  11. Pour into a glass and drink with a straw.
