My name is David Neves Duncan. I created Ennead Health to help busy professionals over 50 shred excess weight and reverse joint pain so they can get fit and be back on their game personally and professionally.
After watching my health deteriorate, gaining more than 25 pounds, multiple knee surgeries, and prostate biopsies, I decided to make the time, dive deep, and heal myself.
Wanting to know more, I became a holistic nutritionist and a certified health and wellness coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Using what I learned and more than 30 years of researching, writing, and speaking about health issues, I now work closely with busy professionals in a comprehensive, individually customized, structured program, TRANSFORM®, to optimize their healthspans.
